Securitization Audits & Document Research
-
Capital Arts offers document research at $60 per hour to help you understand your financial records. We review contracts, promissory notes, mortgages, endorsements, allonges, assignments, payment histories, and related documents to identify inconsistencies, gaps in transfer records, and issues that warrant further investigation.
-
Securitization audits are available for commercial loans, residential real estate loans, credit cards, and auto loans. We examine SEC filings, prospectuses, pooling and servicing agreements, and other available records to investigate potential connections between your loan or account and a securitization trust. You receive an organized report detailing the documents reviewed, supporting evidence, key findings, unresolved questions, and suggestions for additional records to request.
Services are billed at $60 per hour, with an upfront quote provided before work begins, so you understand the scope and expected cost. Any additional work or charges require your approval before proceeding.
Some loans and accounts are not securitized, and available records may not establish whether a particular account was included in a securitization. Findings depend on the available evidence; securitization alone does not establish that a debt is unenforceable.
