Capital Arts Mentorship Program

$100.00

This is the most complete program I have ever offered through Capital Arts.

For 12 weeks, I will personally mentor a group of just 12 people, teaching everything I have learned, researched, and taught about the financial system.

The goal is to take you from understanding the fundamentals to being able to research these subjects independently, teach them confidently, and build your own educational business around what you know.

The 12-Week Curriculum

Week 1 — Money & the Financial System
Money, the Treasury, Federal Reserve, commercial banks, deposits, reserves, and how the monetary system connects.

Week 2 — How Banks Actually Work
Bank balance sheets, lending, deposits, liquidity, capital, reserves, and what happens on a bank's books.

Week 3 — Accounting & Financial Statements
Debits and credits, assets, liabilities, equity, T-accounts, GAAP, charge-offs, allowances, and reading financial statements.

Week 4 — What Is a Loan?
Loans from the legal, contractual, banking, and accounting perspectives, including origination, funding, promissory notes, interest, repayment, and financial reporting.

Week 5 — Negotiable Instruments & Payments
UCC Article 3, notes, drafts, checks, endorsements, holders, presentment, tender, and payment.

Week 6 — Secured Transactions
UCC Article 9, security interests, attachment, perfection, assignments, priority, collateral, financing statements, and requests for accounting.

Week 7 — Consumer Credit Law
TILA, Regulation Z, FCBA, billing errors, disclosures, finance charges, APR, rescission, and consumer protections.

Week 8 — Debt Collection & Servicing
FDCPA, Regulation F, debt validation, collection practices, RESPA, servicing disputes, and compliance.

Week 9 — Mortgages & Foreclosure
Notes, mortgages, assignments, endorsements, MERS, servicing, foreclosure, standing, evidence, TILA, RESPA, and the UCC.

Week 10 — Securitization & Capital Markets
ABS, MBS, trusts, tranches, REMICs, PSAs, trustees, custodians, and SEC filings.

Week 11 — Regulation, Enforcement & Case Law
How to research and understand statutes, regulations, court decisions, regulatory guidance, and agencies such as the CFPB, OCC, FDIC, Federal Reserve, and SEC.

Week 12 — Becoming an Independent Researcher & Educator
Bring everything together: researching law and finance, verifying claims, finding reliable sources, building lessons, teaching complex subjects, and turning your knowledge into an educational business.

More Than a Class

This isn't about memorizing information. I want to teach you how to find it, verify it, understand it, connect it, and eventually teach it yourself.

Think of this mentorship as a one-stop shop for understanding the financial system from the ground up. I'm going to teach what I know, show you how I research, and share the sources and materials that have helped me build Capital Arts.

Only 12 spots are available. Once they're filled, enrollment is closed.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Time: 7:00 PM–9:00 PM Central
Program begins: August 31, 2026
Length: 12 Weeks

Telegram is required. After signing up, you will receive an email with a link to the private mentorship group chat.
